Great location near bazaar, spacious and comfortable rooms with balcony, nice design, big and filling breakfast.

The hotel’s location is convenient, but the rooms could use some updating. the beds are firm, but some have broken frames. the bathrooms have some cleanliness issues and the water pressure is poor. the staff are friendly and helpful, but the breakfast is subpar and lacks variety. the restaurant is good and offers a range of tasty dishes.
No elevators and slow Wi-Fi.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was conveniently close to the local bazaar and main streets, allowing us to explore the city easily. The spacious rooms with their comfortable beds and balcony added an extra element of comfort to our stay. The design of the rooms was impressive, creating a stylish and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the housekeeping service was exceptional, ensuring that our room was always clean and well-maintained.

Spent my new year at this hotel and it was a marvelous experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they helped me with all of my needs. The room was incredibly comfortable, with great amenities and was impeccably clean. The hotel is in a prime location, close to all the best places in the city.
That the room service was a little slow, but this was a minor issue that didn't detract from my overall experience.

The hotel had a nice and spacious room with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the best aspect, however, was the buffet breakfast, which was delicious and filling. the location was also key, situated in the heart of the city, close to major landmarks such as the regional museum and the Syr Darya River. the staff were also very helpful, providing us with great suggestions for dinner and arranging a taxi to the airport.
